The ASC (American Security Council) being a Republican Party hybrid separate from the CIA, was most useful to the White House. Starting back to the President Kennedy Administration with the failure of the CIA's Bay of Pigs intelligence information, concerning the Cuban invasion and "attempted" overthrow of the Castro regime (1961). Afterwards the White House 'lost confidence' in the CIA's ability to supply accurate intelligence. As a new ASC member, my first "unofficial assignment" during the Ford Administration was in early 1976, making contact with... (Deleted) by Mr. Temme.
AUSTRIAN FRAU WOLF & PUTIN CONNECTION...
MUTTERS/TIROL, AUSTRIA /May 1977...
It was a beautiful sunday morning, that spring morning of 1977 in Mutters, Austria where i was vacationing in a remote alpine village in the Tirolian Alps above Innsbruck... That particular morning i and some other boarders breakfasted with Frau Kathy Wolf, the guest house owner. As usual, i decided to take Frau Wolfs' two dogs for their morning walk in the nearby countryside just outside of Mutters. Frau Wolf's two dogs were a black labrador named Nero and a german shepherd named Rex. As we strolled that morning through the alpine countryside, i as usual had Rex on a leash and Nero as usual ran freely in a nearby meadow, then suddenly a black BMW pulled up to the side of the road, 2 men exited the vehicle, one had a high powered rifle, the other with a automatic hand gun, pointing it straight at me, shouting "American stand still" with Rex still at my side on leash... The second man raised the high powered rifle towards Nero in a nearby meadow only 200 yards away. With a loud bang Nero fell dead as i stared in disbelief, there was nowhere for me to go or run... Then the man with the rifle walked up to me speaking in broken English with a distinct "Russian accent", saying, "tell Frau Wolf to be more careful". Soon after, with my unwelcome guests permission i headed back to the village with Rex at my side, As i sat on Frau Wolfs front steps still grieving of Nero's death, the two Russians in the black BMW pulled into Frau Wolfs driveway, then got out of the car, lifted the trunk removing the dead dog, dropping it in the driveway, then both men laughed, driving off... I then got up and dragged the dead dog to the back of the house so Frau Wolf would not immediately see the dog upon her return from Innsbruck. Later Frau Wolf returned, I met her in the front driveway telling her about the unfortunate incident with tears in my eyes...
That very afternoon, i dug a grave in Frau Wolfs backyard and buried Nero with tears running down my face, vowing to make the Russian bastards responsible to pay for their crime... Later that night, as i was fluent in german, i pressed Frau Wolf to tell me the "complete story" behind the Russian assassins, but she would not, i suspected that they were KGB operatives, perhaps even her, but Frau Wolf out of fear would not give any real information to me. That night i played the part of James Bond. In her dresser door, early in the morning while she slept, i found a letter sent to her from the KGB, it was signed by Vladimir Putin... its content... In the spring of 1977, prior to my May, Mutters/Austrian stay, while vacationing in Rome i had audiance with Pope Paul VI in St. Peters Basilica. As a ASC member i was granted contact with the Vatican Foreign Office, my contact was with junior staff member "Mario". The conversation was about the Soviet Unions 'oppression' of the Catholic Church's stance in Poland. I was asked by the Vatican foreign office to gather intelligence information on the situation in Poland...
The Soviet Union's oppression in Poland years later resulted in Soviet involvement in the 1981 assassination attempt of Pope John Paul II, partly due to fear of the pontiff's influence in Poland...
Which was later supported in a quasi report by Robert Gates the CIA chief in the early 1990s', in his analysis report with the CIA...

The future Pope Benedict XVI (Joseph Aloisius Ratzinger) Archbishop of Munich appointed by Pope Paul VI in 1977 as a new Cardinal in the Catholic church, who was posted in Munich, Germany at the time of his appointment, was given instructions in early 1977 by the Vatican to co-operate on this issue of oppression by the Soviets in the Polish Catholic church. I in Munich as a ASC represenative in early spring 1977, was advised by the future "pontiff " Ratzinger to pursue the Soviets oppression in Poland...

The top news in the media is about Pope Benedict XVI's resignation, which for me is no surprise, as Pope Benedict XVI has always been an intellectual and true admirer of the German author Hermann Hesse, like myself. In Hesse's book "Magister Ludi" the lead character was Joseph Knecht an intellectual who eventually was appointed Magister Ludi the supreme authority of "Castalia" a fictitious elite cosmopolitan order, similar to the Vatican in its exclusion. In the end of the book Joseph Knecht unexpectedly resigns, turn his back on the order going into seclusion, shocking the establisment of the day, sounds similar ?
Added note: In May 1977, Mr. Temme in a documented statement to Frau Wolf, in a 'quasi' written statement to Frau Wolf/Tirolian authorities, confirmed alleged scenario of Frau Wolf's dog, Nero's demise...
