Journal/Memoir ( World Politics)... Vlad Putin

(Note): This interview was conducted by Roland Romain Mr. Temme's publicist at request of Mr. Temme. Interview release by Roland Romain/publicist for Mark E. Temme...

Mr. Temme the renown California author/political activist talks world politics...

First Question: Mr. Temme, what is your opinion on President George W. Bush ? Answer: In my opinion President Bush will be considered a "visionary" concerning his decision to invade Iraq and eliminate the evil dictator Saddam Hussein, akin to Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany... President Bush did the world a huge favor, and sowed the seeds of democracy in Iraq. The political effects "long term" will be "stability" in the region and the Middle East...

Second Question: Mr. Temme, what about your opinion concerning former President Jimmy Carter and the Carter Center ? Answer: In 2005 President Carter asked me to join in helping him and his wife Rosalynn by becoming a contributing financial member of the center, I accepted. As you know, the Carter Center in addition to massive humanitarian works around the world, also monitors and mediates elections in emerging democracies in foreign countries, including on going "peace negotiations" in the Middle East concerning Israel and Palestine. In my view, if God were to have a human face in a manner of speaking, "it would be President Carter"...

Third Question: Mr.Temme, what is your opinion of Pope Benedict XVI , and his past unpopular anti-Islamic remarks he made in Resenburg, Germany (September 2006) in a lecture? Answer: As I was raised a Catholic, I agree with him in principle. The Islamic conceptions of God due tend to breed violence, the current violence in the Middle East prove his point, and then there was 911...

Fourth Question: Mr. Temme, what is your opinion of the "new Russia" and Prime Minister Vladamir Putin ? Answer: I highly respect Prime Minister Putin, in my opinion he will go down in history as the Russian equivalent of George Washington for the "new Russia". As former President, his strong leadership and government policies helped forge a new and strong Russia , after years of internal chaos following the break-up of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s'. A strong central government was mandatory such as a new Russian Federalist State, somewhat like the new emerging United States, after our war for independence from Great Britain, thus gaining our independence...
End of statement.
