Entry Log Date: 5/14/10...Memoirs

Note: The author's statements are based on "fact" not brag, with some spice "thrown in" for his "Memoirs" to be published around 2031 or so...

I had just returned from my "European Tour" in July of  1977. Now back in Wisconsin i called my former Kohler shift supervisor "Glen Eppers" at Kohler Company, which specialize in plumbing ware fixtures, well Glen wanted  me back on his shift, enameling 250 pound cast iron bathtubs, and bathroom sinks. Upon my return, he met met me in the Kohler Company employment office, to "ensure" i was put back on his shift, Glen apparently had a "higher opinion" of my enameling abilities than i had of myself... My only "negative" feelings were dealing with some of my co-workers, such as "bird legs" Jim-bo, and the "fat boy" a  hostile union steward on my shift, and the chubby "dumb farmer" Roger Zorn from Kiel... for i elected to go "non union". In general, Kohler Company was a good company to work for, i was well liked by management, and the "rabbit" my shift union represenative, cause i worked with him on some of the furnaces occasionally and he knew, i could "put out" 40 or more tubs a shift with some sweat, considered the "best" as the average enamel furnace put out an average 30 tubs, give or take. Even though i left a year later to work for the West Bend Company, in West Bend, Wisconsin i held no resentment, working for the West Bend Company, well that is another story to be told...

During this time frame, i also worked for "Pinkerton's Security Service" part-time. My former field sergeant "Burton Marqwardt" was glad to have me back on-board again. My first assignments were in the "industrial security sector" I, was being well trained by the "best" in the security business...

Note: Any person versed in American history, knows that "Pinkerton's Security Service" (aka) "Pinkerton's National Detective Agency" was founded by Allan Pinkerton in  the1850's hired by the Lincoln Administration had eventually discovered a plot to murder President Abraham Lincoln in the year (1861). Later, during the American Civil War, Mr. Pinkerton was appointed by President Lincoln to organize the (new) United States Bureau of "Secret Service".
Again, forward in time, Pinkerton's detective agency was instrumental in capturing the notorious "Wild West's" Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid...

Note: Mr. Temme's famous Smith & Wesson .357 Combat Magnum Revolver (Model No. 19) Serial No. AJL6071.
Is available for purchase. This is the revolver Mr. Temme always carried before and during the first Gulf War, and afterwards...
